🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage day-to-day last-mile delivery and station operations.
- Lead and coordinate operational teams to achieve daily delivery and productivity targets.
- Monitor delivery performance and support timely completion of last-mile operations.
- Support recruitment efforts for Delivery Associates and in-house station staff.
- Coordinate candidate sourcing, hiring requirements, and workforce availability for operational needs.
- Monitor manpower requirements and ensure adequate staffing for smooth station operations.
- Coordinate with Delivery Associates, station staff, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify operational issues and support timely resolution of delivery or station-related challenges.
- Track key operational metrics and maintain daily performance updates and reports.

- Support continuous improvement in delivery performance, team productivity, and operational efficiency.

- Graduate in any discipline.
