LoadShare Networks Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Cluster Manager for its Raipur operations. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end hub operations, manage inbound and outbound logistics, oversee sorting and dispatch activities, ensure SLA compliance, and drive operational excellence. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in logistics, e-commerce, warehouse management, and last-mile operations.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hub operations including Inbound, Outbound, Sorting, and Dispatch.
- Ensure smooth daily operational execution while maintaining SLA adherence.
- Manage COD reconciliation and cash handling with high accuracy.
- Drive operational compliance, internal audits, and loss prevention initiatives.
- Plan manpower requirements and optimize workforce productivity.
- Monitor hub KPIs including productivity, turnaround time (TAT), dispatch accuracy, and service levels.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational MIS reports.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company SOPs.
- Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships for efficient operations.
- Lead and mentor hub teams to achieve operational excellence.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 3–6 years of experience in Logistics, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Hub Operations, or Last-Mile Operations.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end logistics and hub operations.
- Experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of COD reconciliation and cash handling is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
