Uniliv is hiring a Community Manager – Engagements & Audits for its Delhi NCR properties. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading resident engagement initiatives, conducting hospitality-grade property audits, enhancing customer experience, planning community events, and managing on-ground teams. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with 5–8 years of experience in Hospitality, Co-living, Student Housing, or Customer Experience who are passionate about creating vibrant communities and delivering exceptional service standards.
π Key Responsibilities
- Lead resident engagement initiatives to build vibrant and connected communities.
- Plan, organize, and execute community events, activities, and engagement programs.
- Conduct hospitality-grade property audits to ensure service quality and operational excellence.
- Monitor customer experience standards across assigned properties and drive continuous improvements.
- Manage and guide on-ground operational teams to deliver exceptional resident experiences.
- Identify service gaps and implement corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, operational procedures, and quality guidelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support smooth property operations.
- Track customer feedback, audit observations, and service quality KPIs.
- Drive customer-first initiatives that improve resident retention and community satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on engagement activities, audit findings, and operational improvements.

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Hospitality, Co-living, Student Housing, or Customer Experience.
- Hands-on experience conducting hospitality or service quality audits.
- Strong experience in event planning, resident engagement, and community-building initiatives.
- Experience managing on-ground operational or customer-facing teams.
- Customer-first mindset with a strong focus on service excellence.
