Inamo is hiring an Inventory Manager cum Launch Manager for its Delhi operations. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end store launch activities while managing inventory operations, ensuring high inventory accuracy, driving operational excellence, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for successful store go-lives. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with 2–5 years of experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Retail, or Dark Store Operations.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end launch activities for new stores and ensure timely operational readiness.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute successful store go-live activities.
- Manage inventory operations and maintain high inventory accuracy across stores.
- Monitor stock movements and ensure inventory control through effective operational practices.
- Drive process compliance and maintain adherence to operational standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Category, and Technology.
- Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Implement initiatives to reduce inventory shrinkage and operational losses.
- Improve warehouse and store productivity through efficient inventory management.
- Support operational excellence initiatives across Quick Commerce and Dark Store operations.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth day-to-day inventory and launch activities.

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Retail, or Dark Store Operations.
- Hands-on experience in inventory management and new store launches.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, stock accuracy, and operational processes.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams during operational projects.
- Knowledge of operational KPIs, productivity improvement, and shrinkage control.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
