🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Achieve weekly hiring targets for Delivery Partner recruitment.
- Source candidates through field visits, local networks, and employee referrals.
- Plan and execute on-ground hiring campaigns including postering, pamphlet distribution, canopy drives, and local recruitment events.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and explain the onboarding process.
- Coordinate candidate documentation and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and hiring reports.
- Track recruitment performance and submit daily MIS updates.
- Build strong relationships with local communities and referral partners.
- Coordinate with operations teams to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Identify new sourcing channels to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Follow company recruitment policies and compliance guidelines.

- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
