PROZO Integrated Logistics Private Limited is hiring an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) for its Hosur warehouse operations. The selected candidate will partner with business leaders to manage employee relations, HR operations, statutory compliance, workforce engagement, and stakeholder management. Candidates with logistics or warehouse HR experience and multilingual communication skills will be preferred.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Act as the HR Business Partner for warehouse and operations teams.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and department managers.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company HR policies.
- Coordinate workforce planning and manpower requirements with operations teams.
- Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and HRMIS updates.
- Support performance management and employee development programs.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and workforce productivity.
- Conduct HR audits and ensure statutory compliance across warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve employee experience.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and management MIS.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Business Partner (HRBP) or HR Generalist roles.
- Fluency in Tamil or Kannada, along with English and Hindi, is mandatory.
- Strong stakeholder management and employee relations skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
