🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct warehouse, hub, and site security audits on a regular basis.
- Perform physical security inspections and ensure adherence to security standards.
- Investigate incidents related to theft, fraud, pilferage, asset loss, and policy violations.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and analyze footage during investigations.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, investigation reports, and corrective action plans.
- Ensure implementation and compliance with company Security & Loss Prevention SOPs.
- Coordinate with warehouse operations and management to identify operational risks.
- Identify shrinkage trends and implement preventive loss control measures.
- Maintain accurate records for assets, security equipment, and incident documentation.
- Track company assets and support inventory protection initiatives.
- Conduct awareness sessions for employees on security policies and loss prevention.
- Support emergency response, access control, and overall warehouse security operations.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Warehouse Security, Loss Prevention, Vigilance, Audit, or related functions.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV monitoring and investigation processes.
- Experience conducting warehouse/site audits and security inspections.
- Good understanding of shrinkage control and risk management.
- Excellent observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong reporting, documentation, and communication abilities.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and the local language is preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential investigations with professionalism.
