Flipkart is hiring HR professionals for its Last Mile Operations across East and North-East India. The company is looking for an HRBP Generalist (Off Roll) based in Kolkata to support HR operations across West Bengal, and an HR Workforce Management (On Roll) based in Guwahati to manage hiring and workforce operations across the North-East Cluster.
These roles provide an excellent opportunity to work with one of India's leading e-commerce organizations while managing HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, workforce planning, payroll support, vendor management, and large-scale last-mile workforce operations.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
1. HRBP Generalist (Kolkata)
- Compile HR data, maintain dashboards, and prepare MIS reports.
- Track employee headcount and workforce movements.
- Support payroll processing and HR data management.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with business teams across West Bengal.
- Maintain HR documentation and operational records.
2. HR Workforce Management (Guwahati)
- Manage bulk hiring of Delivery Executives and In-house Associates.
- Handle end-to-end blue-collar recruitment across North-East.
- Manage grievance handling and employee relations.
- Coordinate with manpower vendors and recruitment partners.
- Monitor workforce availability and hiring targets.
- Support HR operations across the North-East Cluster.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
HRBP Generalist (Off Roll)
- MBA in Human Resources is mandatory.
- 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Strong MS Excel and MIS reporting knowledge.
- Experience in payroll support and HR data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Base location: Kolkata (Responsible for West Bengal).
HR Workforce Management (On Roll)
- Relevant experience in workforce management or HR operations.
- Experience in bulk hiring of blue-collar workforce.
- Knowledge of grievance handling and vendor management.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Base location: Guwahati (Responsible for North-East Cluster).
