- Lead complete end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth daily business activities.
- Drive sales growth and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage apparel inventory, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and enhance overall shopping experience.
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop store associates for improved performance.
- Monitor key retail KPIs including conversion, average bill value, and productivity.
- Ensure VM (Visual Merchandising) standards are maintained throughout the store.
- Maintain compliance with company SOPs, audit standards, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with warehouse, merchandising, HR, and regional teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.

- Graduate or Post Graduate from a recognized university.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in Retail Store Operations.
- Mandatory experience in Apparel/Fashion Retail.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing store profitability.
