The role is ideal for experienced professionals with expertise in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain management, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless middle-mile transportation, optimizing operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Middle Mile Operations across assigned locations.
- Lead warehouse and transportation teams to achieve operational KPIs.
- Ensure timely movement of shipments between fulfillment centers and hubs.
- Monitor logistics performance and optimize transportation efficiency.
- Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and last-mile teams.
- Maintain operational dashboards, MIS reports, and performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and team productivity.
- Handle escalations and ensure high service levels for customers and partners.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate; MBA in Operations or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
- Relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of Middle Mile logistics operations.
- Experience managing warehouse and transportation teams.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
