🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA or Healthcare Management preferred).
- Experience in Health Claims, Insurance Operations, Provider Management, or Hospital Relations.
- Strong understanding of health insurance claims processes.
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with network hospitals or healthcare providers is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel extensively across the assigned region.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and operational coordination.
