LoadShare Networks is hiring a Fleet Manager for its client, Amazon Now, in Bhubaneswar. The selected candidate will oversee fleet and rider operations, ensure smooth last-mile deliveries, maintain SLA compliance, and manage daily logistics operations. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Quick Commerce operations such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon Now, or similar platforms.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day fleet and rider operations to ensure seamless deliveries.
- Monitor delivery performance and ensure SLA adherence.
- Handle rider onboarding, scheduling, attendance, and productivity.
- Coordinate with operations teams to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Track fleet utilization and improve operational performance.
- Resolve rider and operational issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor key logistics KPIs and prepare daily operational MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational standards.
- Support manpower planning and fleet availability during peak hours.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance delivery performance.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quick Commerce operations.
- Experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon Now, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Strong expertise in fleet and rider management.
- Experience managing daily logistics and last-mile delivery operations.
- Good understanding of SLA monitoring and operational KPIs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
