📄 Job Description
C3 Logistics is urgently hiring an MIS Executive for its Patparganj, Delhi office. The role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, analytical, and possess strong Microsoft Excel skills. The selected candidate will prepare MIS reports, manage business data, generate periodic reports, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure timely reporting. Freshers with excellent Excel knowledge are encouraged to apply.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Collect, organize, validate, and update business data from multiple sources.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational and management reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness in all reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely collection of required information.
- Maintain Excel databases and automate reports wherever possible.
- Analyze business data and highlight trends, discrepancies, and key observations.
- Create Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP reports, and other Excel-based dashboards.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting records.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to management.
- Support day-to-day reporting and MIS-related activities.
- Assist management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis whenever required.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate preferred (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Hands-on experience with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, sorting, filtering, and data validation.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple reporting tasks.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
