IIRIS Consulting is hiring a Security Operations Executive for its Noida location. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring multiple security and communication channels, responding to emergencies and risk situations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining accurate incident documentation to ensure smooth security operations.

- Monitor multiple channels including CCTV, alarms, emails, news, WhatsApp, phone lines, and internal alert systems.
- Respond swiftly to emergency and risk situations and escalate as per defined protocols.
- Maintain real-time communication with internal teams, visitors, public officials, and emergency services.
- Log and document all incidents, observations, and shift activities in detail.
- Track alerts and ensure timely communication of security incidents.
- Support coordination during operational disruptions, emergencies, or critical incidents.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all incident reporting activities.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols, escalation matrices, and reporting standards.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate qualification preferred.
- Relevant experience in Security Operations, Surveillance, Monitoring, or Incident Management will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and follow escalation protocols.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
