Innthink Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join its product team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SaaS-based products, business analysis, requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation while collaborating closely with Product, Development, QA, and Implementation teams to deliver high-quality business solutions.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and detailed process documentation.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, QA, and Implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication across teams.
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user story creation.
- Validate delivered solutions against business requirements.
- Contribute to successful delivery of enterprise SaaS products.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS-based products.
- Strong expertise in requirement gathering and business process analysis.
- Experience preparing BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional documentation.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
- Exposure to CRM or Enterprise SaaS products is preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, Retail, or Distribution domains will be an added advantage.
