Zepto is hiring a Senior Manager – Motherhub Operations for its large-scale fulfillment network in Bangalore and Chennai. This leadership role is ideal for experienced professionals with strong expertise in warehouse operations, FMCG supply chain, inventory management, and team leadership.
The selected candidate will oversee daily Motherhub activities including dry processing, warehouse operations, inventory movement, dispatch planning, and on-ground team management while ensuring operational excellence, food safety, quality standards, and strict compliance with company SOPs.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day Motherhub warehouse operations.
- Supervise dry processing, inventory movement, and dispatch coordination.
- Manage warehouse teams to achieve productivity and operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, warehouse KPIs, and operational performance.
- Coordinate with supply chain, transportation, and cross-functional teams.
- Drive continuous process improvement and warehouse optimization initiatives.
- Ensure timely replenishment and dispatch to downstream fulfillment centers.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare reports and present operational performance to senior leadership.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate from a recognized university; MBA or Supply Chain specialization is preferred.
- 7–20+ years of experience in Motherhub, warehouse, FMCG, or supply chain operations.
- Strong experience in inventory management and warehouse supervision.
- Experience managing large operational teams.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, warehouse compliance, and operational standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a high-volume operations environment.
