We are hiring On-Roll Senior Team Leaders for operations-focused roles in Rajpura and Rupnagar. π Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise day-to-day operational activities at the assigned location
- Manage team productivity, attendance, and performance tracking
- Ensure smooth execution of operational processes and daily targets

- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
- Support manpower planning, shift allocation, and team deployment
