This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in MIS reporting, dashboard preparation, and business data analysis. You will support operational and business teams by generating accurate reports, tracking performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to improve decision-making.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Analyze operational and business data to identify trends and insights
- Create dashboards, trackers, and performance reports for management review
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all MIS reports
- Coordinate with operations and business teams for data collection and validation
- Support performance tracking and KPI monitoring across functions
- Identify reporting gaps and improve existing MIS processes
- Assist in data-driven decision-making through analytical reporting
- Maintain records, data sheets, and reporting templates
- Work on ad-hoc reports and management requests as required
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate qualification preferred
- Relevant experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or business reporting preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
- Experience in preparing dashboards and business reports will be preferred
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in e-commerce, warehouse, retail, or operations reporting will be an advantage
