🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete day-to-day Quick Commerce store operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate store teams to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure timely order picking, packing, and last-mile order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock availability, and replenishment.
- Drive productivity, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, and delivery teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
- Prepare daily operational reports and inventory MIS.
- Resolve operational challenges and customer escalations effectively.

- Graduate preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Store Manager in the Quick Commerce industry.
