ElasticRun is expanding its operations team and hiring experienced professionals for the roles of Team Lead and Station Manager across Maharashtra. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in Last Mile Operations, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Operations, preferably from the E-Commerce or Quick Commerce industry. The selected candidates will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, leading teams, and ensuring smooth station and warehouse performance.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Last Mile and warehouse operations efficiently.
- Lead station teams and ensure smooth execution of operational activities.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, and warehouse productivity.
- Drive timely order processing, dispatch, and delivery performance.
- Track operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with transportation, hub, and delivery teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
- Prepare daily operational MIS and inventory reports.
- Resolve operational issues and customer escalations promptly.
- Optimize manpower planning and shift scheduling.
- Train, mentor, and motivate operations teams.
- Maintain high service quality while achieving productivity targets.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Last Mile Operations and Warehouse Operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Experience in E-Commerce or Quick Commerce operations is highly preferred.
- Experience leading operational teams and managing station performance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Candidates from nearby locations in Maharashtra will be preferred.
