🎓 Required Education

- MBA in Retail Management preferred
- Graduation: B.Sc. Agriculture

- Support store, quality, or marketing operations depending on the assigned role.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operational execution and process compliance.
- Monitor inventory, quality standards, or promotional activities as per role requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve operational and business targets.
- Maintain reports, documentation, and role-specific process records.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc. Agriculture is required/preferred based on the role.
- MBA in Retail Management or equivalent postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- Relevant experience in Retail, Quick Commerce, Fresh Produce, Quality, or Operations will be preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and process management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or warehouse environment.
