V-Mart Retail Ltd. is hiring a Regional Manager – Store Operations for Gujarat. This is a high-impact retail leadership role for professionals with strong experience in managing multiple stores across a region, especially in Fashion & Apparel Retail. The selected candidate will drive business growth, sales, profitability, operational excellence, team performance, and customer experience across the assigned region.
π Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage store operations across multiple retail locations in Gujarat.
- Drive regional sales growth, profitability, productivity, and operational excellence.
- Ensure strong execution of store operations, customer service, and business strategies.
- Manage store performance through KPIs, data analysis, and business reviews.
- Drive P&L ownership, cost control, inventory management, and shrinkage reduction.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and in-store customer experience.
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and regional retail teams.
- Build succession plans and strengthen talent pipeline across the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business expansion and performance.
π Eligibility Criteria
- Proven experience managing multiple retail stores across a region.
- Strong background in Fashion & Apparel Retail is mandatory.
- Candidates should preferably be from large fashion retail brands.
- Strong experience in driving sales, profitability, productivity, and store operations.
- Expertise in team leadership, talent development, coaching, and succession planning.
- Hands-on experience in P&L management, inventory control, shrinkage reduction, and visual merchandising.
- Strong customer experience orientation and stakeholder management ability.
- Gujarati-speaking candidates will be preferred.
