Zepto is hiring Team Lead / Deputy Delivery Hub Managers to manage high-speed dark store operations across Nagpur, Pune, Nashik, Mumbai, and Thane. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and shift operations who enjoy leading teams on the warehouse floor.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day dark store operations, inventory accuracy, manpower planning, shrinkage control, and operational excellence while maintaining service levels and adherence to standard operating procedures.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily dark store and delivery hub operations.
- Manage shift activities to ensure operational efficiency and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory movement, cycle counts, stock accuracy, and bin audits.
- Drive shrinkage control initiatives and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Plan manpower requirements, prepare shift rosters, and monitor workforce productivity.
- Track operational KPIs including Fill Rate, Stock Accuracy, and Productivity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and operational discipline.
- Train and mentor warehouse associates to improve team performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate from a recognized university is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Warehouse, Store, or Inventory Operations.
- Experience in FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, Logistics, or Quick Commerce is preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Hands-on experience monitoring KPIs such as Fill Rate, Stock Accuracy, and Productivity.
- Ability to lead operational teams and manage shift activities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
