An organization is hiring a Senior Manager – Regional Inventory Controller for its Bangalore (Hoskote Cluster) operations. The selected candidate will travel across regional warehouses, conduct inventory audits, identify operational risks, investigate discrepancies, and ensure inventory accuracy exceeds 99.95%. This role is ideal for experienced inventory professionals with expertise in warehouse audits, reconciliation, root cause analysis (RCA), and multi-site inventory management.
π Key Responsibilities
- Drive inventory accuracy above 99.95% across assigned fulfillment centers.
- Conduct weekly inventory audits across all regional warehouses.
- Identify inventory risks before they impact customers or business operations.
- Perform cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and discrepancy investigations.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.
- Approve inventory-related employee exit clearances and stock handovers.
- Monitor inventory KPIs and prepare detailed audit reports.
- Escalate critical inventory risks directly to the Central Inventory Controller.
- Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and client teams to improve inventory processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen inventory governance.

- Graduate from a recognized university.
- 10–15+ years of experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Experience managing inventory across multiple warehouses or fulfillment centers.
- Strong expertise in cycle counting, reconciliation, inventory audits, and RCA.
- Background in E-commerce, 3PL, Logistics, or Supply Chain is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel across regional warehouse locations.
