Amazon is hiring Team Leads – Inbound for its Lucknow fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for leading inbound warehouse operations, managing shift activities, driving process improvements, ensuring safety and quality standards, and supporting operational excellence. Candidates with warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or customer-facing operations experience are encouraged to apply.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily inbound warehouse operations and shift activities
- Review work forecasts and allocate manpower to achieve operational targets
- Partner with Area Managers to balance workforce and optimize productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA standards, and operational SOPs
- Drive process improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Lead continual improvement, process excellence, and standardization projects
- Monitor team productivity, quality, and customer experience metrics
- Manage employee performance, coaching, and team development
- Support the Operations Manager in executing site improvement initiatives
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Fluent English communication (reading, writing, and speaking)
- 1+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or customer-facing operations preferred
- People management and shift handling experience will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
