π Job Description
Amazon is hiring Operations Managers and Senior Operations Managers across multiple locations to lead fulfillment, sortation, and last-mile delivery operations. This leadership role focuses on driving operational excellence, managing high-performing teams, improving productivity, optimizing costs, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. π Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operations across Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Hubs, and Last-Mile Delivery Centers
- Hire, train, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams
- Ensure operational readiness for peak volume and business growth
- Drive safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience initiatives
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, Delivery Stations, Projects, and other cross-functional teams
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and succession planning for team members
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and improve business performance
- Implement Kaizen, Lean, and Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Manage labor planning, workforce utilization, and operational costs
- Lead daily operational reviews, WBRs, MBRs, and peak preparedness planning
π Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
- 4+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management
- Minimum 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Experience in process improvement, Lean, Kaizen, or operational excellence preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment
- Strong customer-first mindset with high ownership and execution excellence
