📄 Job Description
myMD Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Team Lead – Talent Acquisition to manage recruitment operations across West Bengal. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Retail Recruitment and be capable of leading end-to-end hiring, partnering with business stakeholders, and driving recruitment initiatives across multiple branches.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete end-to-end recruitment across West Bengal.
- Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to meet business requirements.
- Source candidates through field recruitment, employee referrals, job portals, and professional networks.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower planning and hiring priorities.
- Conduct branch visits and organize recruitment drives across assigned regions.
- Track recruitment KPIs including TAT, hiring quality, and offer conversion.
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent pools.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory; MBA / PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 5–7 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Retail recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across West Bengal for hiring activities.
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
