Swiggy is hiring a Senior Executive – HRBP (Field) for its Whitefield, Bangalore location. The selected candidate will support business teams, drive people initiatives, and ensure smooth HR operations across assigned locations.

- Partner with business teams to support day-to-day HR operations.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Post Graduation (MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist.
- Experience supporting field operations or business teams.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for field HR activities whenever required.
