Flipkart Wholesale (Walmart) is hiring Team Leaders for Receiving, Inbound, and Outbound Operations at its Kota facility. The selected candidates will support warehouse operations, coordinate daily receiving and dispatch activities, manage operational teams, and ensure smooth inventory movement while maintaining operational excellence. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with 2–3 years of experience as well as freshers who are interested in building a career in warehouse operations and supply chain management.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily Receiving, Inbound, and Outbound warehouse operations.
- Coordinate unloading, receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Monitor inventory movement and ensure accurate stock handling.
- Lead and support warehouse associates to achieve daily productivity targets.
- Ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain operational discipline and adherence to warehouse SOPs.
- Track operational KPIs and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle count activities.
- Ensure workplace safety, quality standards, and compliance with operational guidelines.
- Prepare operational reports and communicate daily performance updates.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in warehouse operations are also welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of Receiving, Inbound, Outbound, or inventory operations will be an advantage.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational management abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and operational reporting skills are preferred.
