Jeeves Consumer Services, a Flipkart Group company, is hiring a Branch Manager for its Jaipur location. The selected candidate will lead branch operations, drive operational excellence, manage P&L performance, develop high-performing teams, enhance customer experience, oversee inventory and asset management, and support local business expansion initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with 6–8 years of experience, preferably from the Home Appliance service industry.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day branch operations while ensuring operational excellence across assigned locations.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and service delivery.
- Manage branch financial performance, including P&L, sales, labour costs, and operating expenses.
- Implement cost optimization initiatives while driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop Branch/Store Managers and operational teams.
- Conduct performance reviews and build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and resolve escalated customer concerns promptly.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service across all operations.
- Oversee inventory control, spare parts management, asset utilization, and supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure facilities, equipment, and operational assets are properly maintained.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute localized promotional campaigns.
- Support branch expansion initiatives and assist with planning and launching new locations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and operational KPIs.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in branch, service, or operations management.
- Candidates from the Home Appliance service industry will be preferred.
- Strong experience in branch operations, P&L management, and operational excellence.
- Experience leading teams and developing operational managers.
- Good understanding of customer service management and escalation handling.
- Knowledge of inventory control, supply chain operations, and asset management.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
