A leading organization is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations for multiple locations across Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Maharashtra. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in warehouse operations, distribution centres, logistics, e-commerce, or FMCG environments.
The selected candidate will oversee inbound and receiving operations, SAP warehouse transactions, dispatch and fleet coordination, inventory control, reconciliation, MIS reporting, and warehouse compliance. Strong knowledge of SAP MM/WM and Advanced MS Excel will be highly valuable for this role.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily dock receiving, supplier coordination, material verification, and quality checks.
- Ensure accurate and real-time Goods Receipt Note (GRN) creation in SAP.
- Execute SAP transactions including stock transfers, adjustments, and dispatches accurately.
- Train warehouse staff on SAP and system-related SOPs.
- Conduct warehouse compliance audits and act as a Key User for resolving technical issues with IT.
- Plan outbound shipments and manage picking, packing, and loading activities.
- Coordinate transport allocation and optimize vehicle routes for efficient dispatch.
- Ensure accurate dispatch documentation including invoices, challans, and gate passes.
- Lead cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with SAP records.
- Track ageing inventory and prepare daily and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, safety protocols, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational and inventory issues.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate from a recognized university.
- Age should be up to 35 years.
- Relevant experience in Warehouse, Distribution Centre, Logistics, E-Commerce, or FMCG operations.
- Strong experience in high-volume inbound, warehouse, and dispatch operations.
- Knowledge of SAP MM/WM is required.
- Strong inventory management and reconciliation experience.
- Good knowledge of Advanced MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in vehicle routing and logistics coordination is preferred.
