🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage Visual Merchandising activities across multiple stores within the assigned area.
- Ensure consistent implementation of VM guidelines and brand standards across stores.
- Plan and execute store displays, product presentation and merchandising layouts.
- Ensure effective product placement to improve customer experience and store visibility.
- Conduct regular store visits and VM audits to identify gaps and improvement areas.
- Coordinate with Store Managers and retail teams for effective VM execution.
- Ensure promotional, seasonal and campaign-related visual merchandising is implemented on time.
- Monitor store presentation, display standards and overall visual appeal.
- Identify opportunities to improve store layouts and product visibility.
- Train and guide store teams on Visual Merchandising standards and execution.
- Share VM observations, photographs, reports and action points with relevant stakeholders.
- Follow up with stores to ensure timely closure of VM-related gaps.

- Ensure compliance with defined Visual Merchandising standards across the assigned territory.

- Experience in Visual Merchandising within the retail industry.
- Multi-store retail experience is preferred.
