Blinkit is hiring experienced City Operations professionals to lead its Express Store Operations. This leadership role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in last-mile delivery, store operations, supply chain management, and operational excellence within fast-paced businesses.
The selected candidate will own end-to-end supply chain operations and P&L for the assigned city or geographical region while driving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth across multiple Express Stores.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Express Store and supply chain operations across the assigned region.
- Own regional P&L and drive sustainable business performance.
- Lead store operations, inventory management, and last-mile delivery execution.
- Monitor operational KPIs including productivity, service levels, and inventory health.
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach, and develop store and operations teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic business initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and operational policies.
- Strengthen stakeholder relationships and resolve operational challenges proactively.
- Identify growth opportunities and improve customer experience across stores.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate from a recognized university; MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in last-mile delivery and store operations.
- Experience in FMCG, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, or high-growth startups is preferred.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations and inventory management.
- Experience managing regional operations and P&L responsibilities.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
