- Manage day-to-day Last Mile Delivery Center operations.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise delivery executives and riders.
- Monitor operational KPIs including SLA, TAT, productivity, and delivery performance.
- Ensure timely dispatch of shipments and successful deliveries.
- Maintain compliance with company SOPs and operational processes.
- Handle operational escalations and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Prepare operational reports and monitor team productivity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve delivery performance.
- Support manpower planning and shift management.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Logistics, E-commerce, Courier, or Last Mile Operations.
