Blinkit is hiring experienced Cluster Managers to manage a network of Dark Stores across multiple locations. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in in-store operations, inventory management, loss prevention, and last-mile delivery within quick commerce, e-commerce, logistics, warehousing, FMCG, or retail environments.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end dark store operations, leading cross-functional teams, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer experience while driving business performance across multiple stores.

- Manage end-to-end in-store and last-mile operations across a network of dark stores.
- Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and operations teams.

- Strong knowledge of inventory management and loss prevention.
