This role is responsible for managing end-to-end middle mile logistics, warehouse operations, transportation coordination, and operational performance while ensuring timely movement of shipments and service excellence.

- Lead end-to-end middle mile logistics and site operations.
- Manage warehouse operations, inbound, outbound, and shipment movement.
- Coordinate transportation planning and route execution.
- Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, and service-level agreements.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and smooth material movement.
- Lead and motivate warehouse and operations teams.
- Coordinate with transport partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvements.
- Maintain operational MIS, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and quality guidelines.
