Bigbasket is expanding its Quick Commerce team and is looking for a high-energy, operations-driven Cluster Manager for Delhi. The role is responsible for managing multiple retail stores within an assigned cluster, driving business performance, ensuring operational excellence, and leading Store Managers and frontline teams.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Retail, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, or Warehouse Operations and must have previously managed 7–8 stores.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of multiple retail stores within the assigned cluster.
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Monitor store performance, productivity, and profitability.
- Ensure implementation of company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and operational reviews.
- Analyze sales reports, inventory, shrinkage, and customer feedback.
- Train, guide, and motivate Store Managers and store teams.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer experience across all stores.
- Coordinate with HR, Supply Chain, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Manage manpower planning, attendance, productivity, and team performance.
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to improve store performance.
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the cluster.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 8–15 years of experience in Retail, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, or Warehouse Operations.
- Must have previously managed 7–8 stores.
- Full-time Graduate in any stream.
- Strong understanding of retail and multi-store operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with inventory management software.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
