π Job Description
Delhivery Limited is hiring a passionate and self-motivated professional for the HR Business Partner (HRBP) role at its locations in Tezpur and Guwahati, Assam.
This is an on-roll HRBP opportunity for professionals with 1–3 years of experience in the HR domain. The selected candidate will support facility-level HR operations, manpower planning, hiring performance, employee retention, compliance and HR reporting.
The role requires strong coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders, along with the ability to analyze hiring metrics, identify workforce gaps and implement HR initiatives to improve manpower availability, retention and operational efficiency.
π Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure adequate manpower availability at the facility.
- Coordinate with manpower vendors and internal teams to address workforce requirements.
- Track hiring metrics including TAT, source efficiency, cost and quality of hire.
- Monitor diversity ratios and other relevant recruitment metrics.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify hiring shortages and workforce gaps.
- Implement hiring guidelines and initiatives to improve quality and cost efficiency.
- Design and execute site-specific employee retention plans.
- Monitor employee retention trends and identify areas requiring intervention.
- Ensure adherence to standard HR systems, policies and processes.
- Support compliance with organizational HR guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain HRBP scorecards and track key HR performance indicators.
- Prepare monthly HR performance dashboards and reports.
- Coordinate with business and operations teams to resolve people-related issues.
- Provide HR insights and support facility-level business requirements.
π Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years of experience in the HR domain.
- MBA or Postgraduate qualification in HR.
- Experience in HR Business Partnering or HR Operations will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and manpower planning.
- Experience handling vendors or manpower agencies will be an advantage.
- Ability to track and analyze hiring metrics.
- Strong analytical and gap-analysis skills.
- Understanding of employee retention and engagement practices.
- Good knowledge of HR policies, processes and compliance.
- Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prepare HR scorecards, reports and dashboards.
