Khadim India Limited is looking for an experienced retail professional to drive Retail Planning, Business Analytics, Operational Efficiency and MIS across its store network.
The role is suited for professionals with 5–8 years of experience in Retail Planning, Retail Operations, MIS or Business Analytics, preferably with experience managing or supporting a multi-store retail network.
The selected candidate will work across sales forecasting, demand planning, inventory planning, store performance analysis, retail KPIs, profitability analysis, MIS reporting and cross-functional business planning.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales forecasting, demand planning and seasonal business planning across the store network.
- Set store-wise targets and monitor performance against business objectives.
- Analyze store-level sales trends and identify performance gaps.
- Manage inventory planning, replenishment and stock allocation.
- Support assortment planning and ensure appropriate stock availability across stores.
- Drive markdown planning and support EOSS, festival and school-season planning.
- Monitor key retail KPIs including Sales Achievement, Conversion, ATV, ASP, UPT and Store Productivity.
- Monitor Stock Availability, Inventory Ageing and Shrinkage across stores.
- Conduct store-wise profitability analysis and identify underperforming stores.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and business dashboards.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance and Store Operations teams.
- Support budgeting and manpower planning initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and process improvement.
- Ensure SOP compliance, audit readiness and accuracy of business data.
- Provide analytical insights to support business and retail decision-making.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Retail Planning, Retail Operations, MIS or Business Analytics.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Retail Management, Commerce or a related field.
- Prior experience managing or supporting a multi-store retail network will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of retail planning, sales forecasting and demand planning.
- Hands-on experience in inventory planning, replenishment and stock allocation.
- Strong knowledge of retail KPIs and store performance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH and dashboards.
- Working knowledge of ERP and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
- Preferred age range: 30–35 years.
