ElasticRun is hiring an experienced Analyst to join its team in Pimple Saudagar, Pune. ElasticRun is a technology-led commerce and distribution platform that helps brands expand their reach across India's fragmented retail ecosystem through data, technology and a large distribution network.
This opportunity is suitable for professionals with 3+ years of experience who have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, VBA, Macros, Power BI, dashboard preparation, reporting and data analysis.
The selected candidate will work with large datasets, develop impactful dashboards and reports, analyze business data and convert numbers into actionable insights for decision-making.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns and actionable business insights.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based reports and analytical models.
- Use VBA and Macros to automate repetitive reporting and data-processing activities.
- Prepare interactive dashboards and business reports using Power BI.
- Collect, clean, organize and validate data from relevant business sources.
- Handle large volumes of data and ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare regular MIS, analytical reports and performance dashboards.
- Translate complex data into clear and meaningful business insights.
- Support stakeholders with data-driven analysis and reporting requirements.
