The role is focused on collections and recovery of NPA accounts, field recovery, repossession, debt management, customer coordination, and collection target achievement.
Candidates who are Ex-Servicemen and have strong discipline, field-management experience, communication skills, and the ability to manage customer and external stakeholder interactions are encouraged to apply.

π Key Responsibilities
- Manage collections and recovery of NPA accounts.
- Conduct field-level recovery activities for assigned accounts.
- Support repossession activities as per applicable company processes.
- Manage debt recovery activities and assigned customer portfolios.
- Achieve defined collection and recovery targets.
- Coordinate with customers regarding outstanding dues and repayment requirements.
- Liaise with external stakeholders involved in collection and recovery activities.
- Maintain accurate records of collection and recovery activities.
- Follow defined collection processes and organizational policies.
- Ensure compliance with audit and process requirements.
- Escalate complex customer and recovery cases to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on collection performance and portfolio status.
