Enfycon is hiring an experienced Production Planner / PPC professional for its operations in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
The role is designed for professionals with 4+ years of experience in Production Planning, Production & Planning Control (PPC), Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related manufacturing functions.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Plant Head / Operations Head to support production planning, capacity utilization, material availability, production schedules, and operational coordination.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production plans based on business requirements and available capacity.
- Prepare production schedules and coordinate execution with manufacturing teams.
- Monitor production progress against planned schedules and identify deviations.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, stores, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
- Ensure availability of required materials and resources for planned production.
- Monitor production capacity, manpower availability, machine utilization, and bottlenecks.
- Identify production constraints and coordinate corrective actions.
- Track daily production performance against planned targets.
- Support optimization of production schedules to improve efficiency and delivery performance.
- Maintain PPC-related MIS, reports, trackers, and performance dashboards.
- Analyse production data to identify delays, capacity gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Plant / Operations Head on production priorities and operational challenges.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across production planning and operations.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Production Planning, PPC, Operations, Supply Chain, or related functions.
- B.Tech or MBA from a B-School in Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of production planning and scheduling.
- Experience coordinating with manufacturing and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to monitor production performance and identify bottlenecks.
- Good understanding of operational MIS and reporting.
