Blinkit is hiring Fleet Operations Leads (FOL) to strengthen its rapidly expanding last-mile delivery network in Mumbai. The selected candidate will lead day-to-day fleet operations, onboard and manage delivery partners, improve rider engagement, ensure operational compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

- Lead and optimize day-to-day fleet operations to ensure operational excellence.
- Onboard, train, and activate delivery partners efficiently.
- Improve rider engagement, retention, and overall performance.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and operational processes.
- Execute central initiatives and business priorities effectively.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and support teams to improve service levels.
- Monitor fleet performance, productivity, and operational KPIs.
- Analyze operational data and implement process improvements.
- Resolve field-level operational challenges through quick decision-making.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reporting.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate from a recognized university is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, E-commerce, or related domains.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable managing field operations and traveling when required.
