Apple Hospital is looking for an experienced HR Senior Executive / HR Manager to join its HR team in Indore. The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with labor laws and NABH standards, support employee relations, and contribute to creating a productive and compliant work environment within the hospital.

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company HR policies.
- Handle NABH HR compliance and maintain all required documentation.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
- Maintain HR records, MIS reports, attendance, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.
- Support audits and ensure HR compliance with healthcare industry standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to address manpower and HR-related requirements.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in Human Resources (HR).
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with NABH HR compliance is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage HR operations.
- Healthcare or hospital industry experience will be an advantage.
