Flipkart is hiring dynamic and passionate professionals for the position of Senior Executive – HRBP (FTC) at its Fulfillment Center (FC) in Bilaspur, Haryana.
This is a 1-year contractual opportunity for HR professionals with 2–5 years of relevant experience, particularly those who have hands-on experience in blue-collar hiring for warehouses or fulfillment centers.
The selected candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations for warehouse associates, support manpower planning, employee engagement, grievance handling, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs and HR MIS while partnering closely with Operations teams.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar workforce for the Fulfillment Center.
- Manage end-to-end HR Operations for warehouse associates.
- Plan and execute workforce hiring based on Fulfillment Center manpower requirements.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Handle employee grievances and employee relations matters.
- Ensure smooth employee onboarding and joining processes.
- Maintain employee documentation and records accurately.
- Manage attendance-related activities and coordinate payroll inputs.
- Partner with Operations teams for manpower planning and workforce availability.
- Coordinate with manpower vendors to ensure timely manpower fulfillment.
- Monitor manpower availability and identify workforce gaps.
- Drive employee retention initiatives for warehouse associates.
- Prepare HR MIS, workforce reports and operational HR dashboards.
- Maintain accurate employee and workforce data.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations at the FC.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- MBA (HR) or Graduate with relevant HR experience.
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end blue-collar hiring for warehouses / Fulfillment Centers.
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Good understanding of employee relations and grievance handling.
- Experience managing onboarding, documentation, attendance and payroll inputs.
- Experience coordinating with manpower vendors will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR MIS.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work closely with Operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
