Flipkart is expanding its Warehouse / SH Operations team for its Minutes business in Jaipur and is hiring professionals across multiple levels, from Executive to Manager.
The selected candidates will be responsible for managing high-volume warehouse and fulfilment operations, including inbound and outbound activities, inventory management, manpower planning, productivity, quality, safety and operational excellence.
This opportunity is suitable for professionals with experience in Warehouse, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics or Fulfilment Operations. Jaipur and local candidates are preferred.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
- Handle inventory management and warehouse order management.
- Manage large teams and manpower across warehouse operations.
- Plan shifts, rosters and manpower deployment as per operational requirements.
- Drive quality, safety and operational standards across the warehouse.
- Monitor MIS, operational metrics, productivity and key performance indicators.
- Handle high-volume fulfilment operations and ensure timely order processing.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.
- Apply Lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives where applicable.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams on operational projects and improvements.
- Monitor warehouse performance and take corrective actions to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with defined warehouse processes, safety standards and operational guidelines.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate qualification is mandatory.
- Relevant experience in Warehouse, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in warehouse operations and team handling is preferred.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong communication and people-management skills.
- Experience in manpower planning, shift management and roster planning is preferred.
- Experience in inbound and outbound warehouse operations is preferred.
- Experience in inventory management, MIS and operational KPIs is preferred.
- Jaipur-based and local candidates will be preferred.

- Executive: 1–3 years
- Senior Executive / Assistant Manager: 3–6 years
- Manager: 6–10+ years
- Experience in Warehouse / E-Commerce / Supply Chain / Logistics / Fulfilment Operations preferred.
- Experience in team handling and manpower planning preferred.
- Experience in inbound/outbound operations and inventory management preferred.
- Experience in MIS, productivity tracking and operational KPI management preferred.
