Barbeque Nation is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional for its Regional Office in Belapur. The role is suitable for recruitment professionals with strong experience in the Hospitality, Food Services or Catering industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, coordinating with business stakeholders and ensuring that open positions are closed within defined timelines. Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates for multiple open positions.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and relevant business stakeholders.
- Manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closures.
- Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain a strong recruitment pipeline for current and upcoming positions.
- Ensure smooth coordination throughout the candidate selection and hiring process.
- Track recruitment progress and follow up on pending positions.
- Support timely onboarding of selected candidates.
- Deliver recruitment requirements within agreed timelines and business expectations.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 4–5 years of relevant Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
- Mandatory experience in Hospitality, Food Services or Catering industry.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proven experience in managing multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Strong follow-up and candidate coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within a short notice period are preferred.
- Male candidates are preferred as specified in the hiring requirement.
