We are hiring an experienced General Manager – Accounts & Finance to lead the Finance function in Noida. This opportunity is ideal for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, cash flow management, MIS reporting, and ERP systems. Candidates from the IT industry will be preferred.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Accounts & Finance function and manage day-to-day financial operations.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement financial controls and risk management processes.
- Oversee ERP systems such as SAP or Tally for financial operations.
- Partner with business leaders to support strategic financial decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the Accounts & Finance team.
- Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and reporting.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in the IT industry is preferred.
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Audits, and Compliance.
- Knowledge of Cash Flow Management, MIS Reporting, and Financial Analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Tally.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
