DTDC Express Limited is hiring a General Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for its Corporate Office in Mumbai. This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving business finance, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and decision support across India operations. The selected candidate will partner with business leaders to improve profitability, optimize costs, and strengthen financial performance through data-driven insights.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, financial planning, and rolling forecasting processes.
- Develop and manage budgeting calendars across cross-functional teams.
- Analyze product profitability, business performance, and financial trends.
- Review Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Evaluate capital expenditure proposals, ROI, and business investment cases.
- Support pricing strategies through financial analysis and profitability modeling.
- Automate budgeting, MIS reporting, financial dashboards, and board presentations.
- Collaborate with regional offices, business leaders, and FP&A teams across India.
- Drive variance analysis, financial performance monitoring, and management reporting.
- Support strategic business decisions with financial insights and recommendations.
- Lead and mentor finance teams while ensuring reporting accuracy and governance.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 7–10 years of experience with the majority in FP&A and Finance & Accounts.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business finance.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of capital expenditure tracking, P&L management, and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Logistics or Express Freight industry will be an added advantage.
