Genpact is hiring an experienced Senior HR Business Partner for its Kolkata location. The role will partner closely with leadership and support strategic HR initiatives across employee engagement, retention, performance management, employee relations, organizational development and culture building.

This opportunity is suitable for HR professionals with 7–10 years of HR Business Partnering experience who can translate business requirements into effective people strategies and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

Hands-on experience with Workday (WD) is required. Candidates with experience working in startup or fast-paced environments, along with strong client-facing and stakeholder-management capabilities, will be preferred.

  • Partner with business leadership to understand workforce and people-related requirements.

  • 7–10 years of relevant HR Business Partnering experience.
  • Strong experience partnering with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday (WD) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and performance management.
  • Experience in employee engagement, retention and organizational development.
  • Understanding of compensation and HR analytics.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced business environment will be preferred.
  • Strong communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.
  • MBA / Master's degree in Human Resource Management will be preferred.
